    for Victorian waters between SA-VIC Border and 60nm east of Gabo Island.

    Wind gusts can be 40 percent stronger than the averages given here, and maximum
    waves may be up to twice the height.

    Weather Situation
    A low pressure trough over South Australia will move eastwards during Sunday to
    reach western Bass Strait about dawn, then pass Cape Otway about midday,
    Wilsons Promontory at around 6pm and Gabo Island at around midnight.
    
    Gale warning for Victorian waters between SA-VIC Border and Point Lonsdale
    Winds: Light to moderate winds tending west to northwesterly from the west
    Sunday afternoon and increasing to 30 to 35 knots then turning west to
    southwesterly Sunday evening and reaching 35 to 40 knots. Combined sea and
    swell: Increasing up to 5 metres.
    
    Gale warning for Victorian waters between Point Lonsdale and Lakes Entrance
    Winds: Northeast to northerly increasing to 20 to 30 knots by Sunday afternoon
    then tending northwest to westerly from the west late afternoon and evening and
    increasing to 30 to 40 knots. Combined sea and swell: Increasing up to 4 metres.
    
    Strong wind warning for Victorian waters between Lakes Entrance and 60nm east
    of Gabo Island
    Winds: Northeasterly increasing up to 30 knots Sunday afternoon. Combined sea
    and swell: Increasing up to 3 metres.
    
    The next warning will be issued by 5:00 am EDT Sunday.
